Personal Training – Fitness for those Fighting Obesity

Desperately Seeking Slender plans on opening its doors in Late 2013 as a Specialized Personal Training Service that focuses on helping clients fight obesity as well as assisting WLS patients seeking healthy Bariatric Fitness and WLS Fitness Programs.

The Desperately Seeking Slender Mission is to help people in the fight against obesity by helping them find the fun in fitness as well as teaching and assisting in function fitness programs that can help improve their Nutrition, Exercise and Wellness paths.

As someone who has lost 260 lb., I know what it is like to be morbidly obese and have your body not move in the ways you first want it to. I understand those moments where you truly believe you will die of exhaustion if you push any farther. I also know that if I can do this, anyone can do it; Because of that, I am super excited to be a part of the support and motivational team you need to really help you be successful with long-term weight loss. As a Bariatric Surgery and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery Patient myself, I understand the many obstacles that can be thrown in the way of your fitness journey and can help you find solutions to them. As soon as I have all of my certifications in place this is exactly what I intend to do. So stay tuned folks….

Desperately Seeking Slender is on its way!
