Hi, I’m Pandora Williams and I’m your The Big Drop – Bariatric Edition instructor.
It’s an 8-week fitness and nutrition challenge where you get TONS of instruction, support, motivation and accountability to lose weight or get back into the groove of your healthy lifestyle.
This year I celebrated 8 years post-op RNY gastric bypass. In that time I lost 255 lb. and am maintaining a loss of 235 pounds.
And, trust me: if I can do it, you can do it! It just takes the right motivation, support and accountability. Let me provide that for you!

8-Week Fitness Program
Join live “The Big Drop – Bariatric Edition” 60 Minute workout sessions Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm or 7pm EST or Download recorded sessions and follow along at home.
Weekly Nutrition / Wellness Education
Receive weekly nutrition and wellness assignments geared towards helping you crush those New Year’s resolutions goals.
Stay accountable to your goals with weekly weigh-ins, class check-ins and by turning in your nutrition and wellness assignments to receive your “The Big Drop – Bariatric Edition” completion certificate.
Motivation and Support
Receive motivation and support with unlimited access to your instructor via email and messenger. Obtain peer support by attending group sessions and working out with others trying to achieve the same goals.
